Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We are currently shipping everywhere worldwide! Unfortunately we are advised by the USPS that some countries are temporarily excluded due to shipping restrictions such as:
Afghanistan, Guadeloupe, Reunion (Bourbon), Timor-Leste, Laos, Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Turkmenistan, Bhutan, Libya, Samoa, Yemen, Brunei, Martinique, South Sudan, Cuba, Mayotte, Syria, French Guiana, Mongolia, Tajikistan
If you place an order from any of the countries above, your order will be canceled and refunded.
What are your delivery times?
Once your order has shipped:
U.S. packages: 2-5 business days
International packages: 1-3 weeks
How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping prices are calculated at checkout
Will I have to pay duty or customs fees?
If your order is being shipped internationally, you may be entitled to pay duty or customs fees. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for paying these fees. If you refuse to pay these fees and your package is sent back to us, we will only be able to refund you the product cost once we receive the package. Plus a $5 restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send us an email with your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll cancel your order.
*Please note we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped*
I never received an order confirmation email...
If you placed an order and never received a confirmation email, double check that the email address you used is correct. If your email address is correct, please send us an email to: email@example.com and we will be able to resend you one.
I placed an order with an incorrect address, how can I change it?
If you just placed an order and used an incorrect address, please send us an email with your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to change it for you.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please send us an email with your order number to: email@example.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please send us an email with your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org
